These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and w43g5n ("w43g5n", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the w43g5n platform, including the sportsbook, casino, live dealer games, crash games, and all associated products available at https://w43g5n.com.

By registering an account, accessing the w43g5n platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any service offered by w43g5n, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the w43g5n platform.

w43g5n reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the agreement between you and w43g5n. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

To register and use w43g5n, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. w43g5n operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. This requirement applies equally to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being) opening the account for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, agency accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from using online gambling services, you must not register with w43g5n.
• You must not be a current or former employee of w43g5n, nor a close family member of such an employee, unless prior written approval has been granted by w43g5n management.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account with w43g5n. Opening a duplicate account is a breach of these Terms.

Age Verification: w43g5n takes its age verification obligations seriously. Upon registration, you will be asked to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, w43g5n will require you to submit valid photographic identification confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

Where w43g5n has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending full identity verification. Any funds deposited by a player who is subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible, and the account will be permanently closed.

To access the full range of w43g5n services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w43g5n login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. w43g5n will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be temporarily locked while the matter is investigated.

w43g5n strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security to your w43g5n login and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. 2FA can be activated from the Account Settings section of the platform at any time after registration.

Account Accuracy: You must notify w43g5n promptly if any of the information associated with your account changes, including your name, address, date of birth, email address, or payment details. w43g5n may periodically request updated documentation to verify the accuracy of account information. Failure to comply with such requests within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions.

• One account per player. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to permanent closure.
• All account information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
• w43g5n staff will never request your password via any channel. Do not disclose it to anyone.

All financial transactions on w43g5n are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). w43g5n supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

Withdrawal Conditions: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on your account, and the withdrawal amount cannot exceed the total amount deposited via that method unless a separate verification process is completed. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met.

w43g5n Fees: w43g5n does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may charge their own transaction fees, over which w43g5n has no control. It is your responsibility to check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

Player Funds: Funds deposited into your w43g5n account are held separately from w43g5n's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances. w43g5n does not pay interest on player account balances regardless of the amount held or the duration of the hold.

w43g5n offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply only in respect of that promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 18 and above only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

General Bonus Conditions: The following conditions apply to all bonuses offered by w43g5n unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Free bets and bonus bets cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds expire after the period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or exploiting mathematical loopholes — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero rate) toward wagering requirements. The full game contribution table is available in the Promotions section of the platform.
• w43g5n reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of players already participating in the offer.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, IPL, BPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments are published in the Promotions section of the platform as they become available. Players are encouraged to check the Promotions section regularly for current offers.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the w43g5n platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports markets, casino games, and crash games are published within the relevant game or market information panels on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: All bets placed on the w43g5n sportsbook are subject to the platform's general sports betting rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. w43g5n reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error has caused odds to be published incorrectly. In the event that a sporting event is postponed or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with w43g5n's event-specific settlement rules, which are available within each market on the platform. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency; in cases where a bet is accepted after the relevant match event has already occurred, w43g5n reserves the right to void the bet.

Casino Games: All casino games on the w43g5n platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness and statistical randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available within the game information panel. w43g5n does not modify RTP settings below the certified baseline. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own rules in addition to w43g5n's general terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and active for the relevant market.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed within each betting market. w43g5n reserves the right to limit individual player stakes in any market.
• Winnings are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• Bets placed using funds obtained from bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of cheating will be voided and winnings forfeited.
• Use of automated betting bots, scripting software, or any other tool that systematically interacts with the platform without manual human input is strictly prohibited.

Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator (Spribe) operate on provably fair algorithms. Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins, and the result can be independently verified using the game's provable fairness tools. w43g5n is not responsible for internet connectivity issues that prevent a player from cashing out before a crash event; it is the player's sole responsibility to maintain a stable connection during active game rounds.

w43g5n maintains a strict fair-use policy to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all registered players. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud against w43g5n or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including soft-play in poker or multi-accounting across casino games.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on prior knowledge of a fixed sporting result, or being party to any agreement to fix the result of any event on which w43g5n offers a market.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, artificial wagering, or any strategy that w43g5n reasonably determines is designed to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine play.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any software that interacts with the w43g5n platform in an automated or semi-automated manner without explicit prior written permission from w43g5n.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of funds already deposited and used on the platform. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at w43g5n staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy services, or any other technology to disguise your location or circumvent restrictions placed on your account by w43g5n.

w43g5n employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where suspicious activity is detected, w43g5n may freeze the account and request additional verification before allowing further transactions. w43g5n's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.

w43g5n reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so for security, compliance, or responsible gaming reasons. In non-urgent cases, w43g5n will attempt to notify the affected player before taking action.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your w43g5n account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion through the Account Settings panel or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. Disputed Decisions: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute". w43g5n commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 2 business days and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. All decisions made following a formal dispute review are final.

• Voluntary account closure can be requested at any time with no penalty on genuine remaining funds.
• Self-exclusion is available immediately upon request and covers all w43g5n products and communications.
• Formal disputes receive a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Accounts closed due to confirmed Terms violations will have bonus funds and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct forfeited.
• Accounts under active fraud investigation may have withdrawals suspended for the duration of the investigation.
